If you have been around me at all during the last 20 years, you should already know that I love traveling. Anywhere. Any place. Anytime. (I think Chris/Momma/everyone is getting annoyed with my constant begging for a vacation!) I absolutely love exploring this amazing world God has given us. I truly believe that those tropical paradises I constantly long for are only a glimpse of how glorious Heaven is. But, God has been teaching me about being content with where I am in my life because I constantly dream of this...
Instead of a tropical paradise, I get this...
God has decided that it was time for me to learn to be content with my location so I will honor His commands and rejoice because I get to share my life with these amazing people :)
We may not live in the tropics, but we do have our rolling hills and beautiful prairies! My lesson of contentment came along for me (and Trevor) when we were living in Joplin. We came to appreciate God's placing us there for His timing. Love you!
